Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Evzones Collection book or print. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns within 14 days

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Contact us first

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll reply with instructions.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll refund you to your original payment method (PayPal). Postage costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, or we made a mistake.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
