Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Framed and mounted prints are currently shipped within Australia only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order contents.
Book postage
The Evzones Collection book ships worldwide by Australia Post with a flat postage rate per book (AUD):
- Australia: $22
- New Zealand: $30
- USA and Canada: $45
- UK, Greece and Europe: $50
- Rest of the world: $65
Processing times
Art prints and related products are often made to order or prepared carefully before dispatch. Please allow additional production and handling time before your order ships. You will receive order confirmation by email, and tracking details where available once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by carriers are guides only. Delays can occur due to carrier capacity, customs (for international orders), weather, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays outside our control once a parcel is with the carrier.
International orders & customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a resolution. If a tracked shipment is marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
